International experience working in Dubai & Hong Kong for +25 years. Recently returned to UK from Ibiza after operating a wellness retreat for 3.5 years. Seeking a property to run as a wellness retreat. To rent and, or run a property on behalf of, or alongside owners, or rent-to-buy. It could be a B&B, gite complex, hotel, chateau, or eco project. The property will be rural, in easy reach of town, access to airports, able to accommodate 15-20 people, & have scope for additions such as yoga sala, kitchen gardens, etc. & have owners accommodation. Ideally, it’s an existing business, current owners wish to step back or retire from, we manage & develop providing income for both owners & us or as mentioned, rent-to-buy or lease.
