Situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Kid, 70 acres of securely fenced diverse habitat with stunning views of Roaringwater Bay and Carbery’s Hundred Isles.
Over the last 20 years we have created approximately 10 acres of lakes, ponds, wetlands, and established species rich meadows and hedgerows.
We planted 40 acres with predominantly sitka and lodgepole with a good mix of Scots pine and larch. 1000 oaks are thriving well in a sheltered copse and approx 20,000 birch, alder and rowan are planted where the shelter and soil allowed.
The various habitats are connected via approx 5 kms of trails and paths.
There is a potential site situated above a lake with sea views.
There is a grass roofed stable and barn.
