The newly completed balcony is party sized at xxx x xxx, underneath is the shower room/utility room, with a separate room housing the 8 Rolls batteries for the solar system.

Hazelnut Lodge is a purpose build 2 bedroomed chalet, designed for use by people with mobility issues. The bathroom has all of the correct adaptations for wheelchair users, the property is ramp accessible, the doors are sliding, and all electrical points are at accessible height, as per building regs. It is very difficult to find holiday accommodation suitable for people with mobility issues. The chalet has been rented out, achieving a good income.

Lavender Barn is a granite and brick building with electric and water connected. There are double glazed sliding doors and windows. Inside is a set of wooden stairs to a mezzanine floor. This building has its own separate road, and could be renovated and rented out.

South Park is where the 4 berth caravan is located. It has a cooker, fridge and heater, plus shower and chemical toilet. This has been used for “Workaways” to sleep in, there is electric and water supplied. This also has its own gated entrance.

The village is a 10 minute walk, the nearest town of Tabua is 7km. The IP3 is a 10 minute drive, and the local train station, Santa Comba Dao, is 5km way.
