Finca with 9 rustic tiny houses, organic veg gardens and olive grove on 24ha of land

Over the last 30 years, this finca has been a safe haven for thousands of volunteers, who’ve helped me create this unique eco-project. The ideal off-grid place to organise workshops, yoga & silent retreats. Part of our income has been coming from harvesting olives from the hundreds of olive trees on this land. Membership of organic olive oil co-op “La flor de la Alpujarra” included.

+/-30 min stunning walk over the mountains to Orgiva (international & lively capital of the Alpujarra) or 10min drive. 20-30min to tourist hotspots “Pueblos Blancos” Pampaneira & Capileira. 45min to the coast.

The finca consists of 3 big plots with their respective deeds, containing:

* 9 small houses of which 4 legalised and 1 in the process of being legalised. 2 are rentals on Airbnb. 4 of them are connected to mains water; 5 houses connected to a spring
* 7m diameter yurt
* sauna & eco swimming pool (with view over mountains)
* “acequia” irrigation canal & river in the valley (water all year round! )
