Hi, looking for a property in good conditions to restore close to river or lake. Centre/north of Portugal, in within 1h drive from the coast. 2, 3 or more stone/xists ruins to restore for an eco retreat centre. Terraced land is a plus. Ideally in a natural reserve. Thank you
