Seeking European Landowners for a Boutique Nature Hospitality Partnership
Own beautiful countryside land that could generate additional income without you having to operate a hospitality business?
We’re an entrepreneurial couple exploring the development of a small collection of four-eight premium, design-led nature accommodations in Europe.
We’re currently in discussions with an Estonian manufacturer of architectural mirror houses, about its hospitality partnership model. Under this model, they can provide the accommodation units in exchange for a share of booking revenue, significantly reducing the initial capital required.
We’re looking to partner with a private landowner who has a scenic property with unused development potential and would be interested in creating an additional income stream.
What we’re looking for:
- Beautiful rural land with privacy, attractive views and tourism potential.
- Reasonable access to utilities and infrastructure.
- A landowner interested in a long-term commercial partnership rather than selling the property.
- Ideally, someone who wants to participate financially without managing guest accommodation themselves.
What we bring:
We have over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in marketing, sales and business development. We would take responsibility for coordinating the feasibility process, developing the hospitality concept, negotiating the accommodation partnership, establishing the commercial operation and arranging professional management.
We envision a joint venture where the landowner retains ownership of the underlying land while participating in the hospitality business’s profits.
