Must be in a rural setting with land or possibility of further adjacent land for forest garden/orchard/woodland/wildlife/grazing. Place with a sense of community nearby important.
House: 2+ bedrooms preferred in sound condition. Bungalows, barns or sites with planning permission also considered.
